Bedford West Shotokan Karate

Bedford West Shotokan Karate has been part of the  Bedford community since 2016.  We are a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching the practical application of Shotokan Karate.

BWSK is instructed by Andy Allen, 7th degree black belt and is assisted by Jake Crawford, 6th Dan and  Ryan McGuire (3rd Dan).
