Ron has worked at the Practice in various capacities over the past several years. Ron provides overall support to ensure the Practice is operating in the best way possible to meet the needs of our staff and families. Ron is a Personal Trainer Specialist (certified through Canfit Pro). Ron has worked with a number of adolescents who come to the Practice and has provided some support teaching them how to use physical activity as an adjunct to psychotherapy. He believes in the concept of Healthy Heart, Healthy Mind. Ron is an advocate for the idea that the most important step in getting fit is the first one…Just Start. Ron works with people of all ages and takes a client-directed approach, incorporating what most inspires you in your daily life into your fitness goals. He offers one-on-one training as well as small-group boot camp fitness classes to children, adolescents, and parents. Ron works collaboratively with the clinicians on the team to ensure the clients needs are met in accordance to best practice models of care.

In addition to physical activity, Ron appreciates books, music, his pets, and politics.
